For much of the past year, the less-than-upscale deli at the corner of Prince Street and Tech Place in Downtown Brooklyn had a big sign proclaiming its imminent transformation into an organic deli. (When we posted about it last March, one commenter hypothesized that it was just a sales stunt by the developer of the Oro.) Now, though, the sign is gone and the adjacent lot where the second Oro tower is slated to rise is still nothing but weeds.
