The brightest spot in an otherwise grim spring selling season was the conversion of the Mason Fiske building at 72 Berry Street in Williamsburg: As you may recall, the 26-unit project sold out in less than two months at average per square foot prices of around $650. At the time of the sales, the building, including the exterior, was still under construction, so we were interested to get a look at the facade and new windows that are now looking just about finished. (A view of the lower floors and entry way is on the jump.) From what we hear, the building’s gotten all its sign-offs and should have its C of O within the next couple of weeks, meaning move-ins could start in September.
