Netting Comes Down at 727 Dean Street
Seems like 727 Dean has been covered up forever, so we were excited when it came down recently. (Well, “excited” might be too strong a word, but you get the idea.) According to DOB permits, the four-story building is set to have seven residential units. GMAP DOB P*Shark
Very Nice Building
looks pretty good to me. I really like small condo buildings… all the amenities of the big ones but you don’t feel like an ant. Plus 7 apartments when in the former space only three or four existed will allow more people to enjoy the neighborhood.
It is not the quietest block though 🙂
