Someone’s not afraid of a little pink! This new listing at 29 Grace Court in Brooklyn Heights is pretty intense, and we’re not just talking paint color. The 25-foot-wide brownstone in Brooklyn Heights has a massive parlor floor complete with beaucoup original details. (That interior staircase is a bit of a bummer though.) The configuration is a bit odd—2.5 floor owner’s duplex, a ground floor studio and two floor-throughs—but hopefully some well-heeled preservationist will take the $6,200,000 bait and convert the place back to a single-family mansion. Imagine the parties you could throw on that parlor floor!

  1. The color selection in this place is fabulous. Who ever did the decorating did his mama proud with such flare and thinking out of the box. If you can afford a place this large you can be just as large with how it’s presented.

Barbie’s dream house it is and Ken’s too!

  2. I wasn’t crazy about the renovation of number 42 from what I saw. It was child-friendly but not knock-your-socks-off like this place could easily be. Also I think it sold for 5 million not 4.9.

  3. I think the price here is insane. 42 Grace sold for $4.9 mm a month or so ago and that was a renovated beautiful home. This place needs a ton of work. I live on this street and while 42 might not be 25 feet wide is a pretty large and I think it has an additional floor. This is going to sit for at least 6 months unless they drop the price.
