New Building for 799-805 Bergen

Construction’s just beginning in the lot at 799-805 Bergen Street, between Grand and Classon Avenues. Way back in 2004 a permit for a six-story apartment building was disapproved, but this permit back from 2007 shows the lot was given the green light for a four-story apartment building with 31 units.
