184 Kent, which began renting its 339 units about ten months ago, is nearly full. A broker tells us less than ten units are still available in the building. Also: “184 Kent will be leased up before the end of this year, all as planned, achieving rents in the $48-$50 per square foot range.” The building has seen its share of complaints (related to both leaky apartments and union troubles) but it has managed to get pretty darn close to the finish line in less than a year. Not bad.
