Strong Place Church Condos Hit The Market

To say the Strong Place Church condo conversion has taken a while would be the understatement of the year. Construction began back in 2006 and when we checked in back in February of this year the development was finally getting windows. Now Curbed brings us the exciting news that condo is ready for prime time! The website isn’t showing much but Brooklyn Bridge Realty has interior renderings and prices for ten units listed from $885,000 to $2.1 million. When we stopped by yesterday construction workers were replacing the front sidewalk. A part of the construction fence has come down, and we’re told they are still awaiting the arrival of the handmade doors to the front entrance.
