170 North 5th Street first showed off its unique facade in September of 2009. Then, nothing. But a sale that popped up on ACRIS this month may mean the building is getting a reboot. A company listed as UA2 K&Q Acquisition bought the site for $8,672,393.09. After a little digging seems like the buyer is Urban American Management, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and management company that’s been tied up in some controversy before. Regardless, you can add this to the list of Williamburg buildings that have gotten back in the game in the past few months. GMAP
