175 Kent has finally hit the market after 3+ years in the works. Well, it’s kinda hit the market. Curbed came across a few new listings on StreetEasy; they range from $2,060 for a small studio to $3,923 for a two-bedroom. (According to Curbed, there’s even a free month thrown in there, and no broker’s fee.) When we clicked on the links back to original listings we hit a dead end, so we asked the folks over at Apartments & Lofts what was going on: It seems that the building’s not quite open for business yet but should be very, very soon. That also explains why there are no interior photos up yet either.

  2. Man, that stretch of N3rd looks about 1,000x better than it did circa 2007. I remember hanging out at Duff’s across the street and you really felt like you were in the middle of freakin nowhere and might get shanked by an unruly hobo at any moment.
