The other day we took note of the New York Times’ update on all things Downtown Brooklyn. 384 Bridge Street was mentioned as receiving state money in exchange for affordable housing, and the Brooklyn Eagle published a rendering this December. We stopped by earlier this week to see if any work has started up. It’s still a hole in the ground, but a bunch of new permits were approved at the end of December, including this new building permit renewal. We’ll keep an eye out for the imminent groundbreaking… GMAP DOB
