This is news to us but according to this website 210 Livingston‘s been on the market since the summer. The 1920s office building is home to the HRA, which is moving to 470 Vanderbilt. The website says the 204,000 square feet of space would be ideal for residential conversion, a dorm, office space, a hotel, or just demolition. GMAP

  1. Amazing that demo is even listed as an option – 0nly a fool would consider such. This building is perfect for residential conversion – puts to shame all those glassy new towers. This is the kind of building any developer infilling those empty downtown Brooklyn blocks should aim to emulate ….Enduring character, high ceilings, huge operable windows, simple/elegant/handsome detailing, reasonable height…Brings to mind a recent NEW build in Nolita -211 Elizabeth…where people pay big bucks for such character…

  2. This could be a significant shot in the arm for this location and immediate neighborhood. With the right development it could make a huge difference in the Livingston corridor and thus downtown Brooklyn. The building does have some nice character to it. Hope this all works out!
