Columbia Commons, the two-building development on Warren and Hicks, has sold 37 of its 42 units, according to a story in The Eagle. What remains: condos that “range in size from 609 to 838 square feet and in price from $399,000 to $650,000.” Two-thirds of the units were already in contract when closing began a couple months ago; the development’s second, adjoined building has “94 affordable and income-restricted units,” according to The Eagle.

  1. 20 minutes to the F & G? Take off your flippers dude(ette), I do it comfortably in 10 and to Boro Hall in 15 minutes in a brisk walk.

  2. Not sure if my last comment posted- nice building, some of the layouts are funky.
No van to Borough Hall though, like the buildings on Tiffany, so you have a long walk to any and all subways. I also really like a doorman in a building this size and not the ‘virtual doorman’ thing.
    Just me though.

  3. I like these, they are pretty nice on the outside, the materials are in total context with the neighborhood. the layouts weren’t to bad. Nice windows. Once you are down the block you do not hear the BQE, after a while I would think it would become white noise.

    I like the area.
