This one won’t make the weekly list of top sales but seemed worth noting…This 13th-floor corner loft at BellTel hit the market back in 2007 asking $1,256,650. You can forgive the developer for aiming for such a high price because it has to be one of the nicest units in the building: In addition to the two bedrooms (plus home office) the apartment has a massive private terrace that wraps around both exposures of the apartment. It’s pretty awesome. So we’ll go out on a limb to say that the buyer who just closed on the 1,388-square-foot (interior) pad for $921,516 did alright.

  1. I’m getting about 1200 sqft plus the terrace space (it’s basically a 33 ft x 33 ft square space plus the entryway. I think two entrances to the terrace would be great, the third in the smaller bedroom may be one too many. Also totally fine with two bathrooms, they advertise it as a luxury building, doesn’t that entitle you to your own master bath that you don’t have to share with kids/ guests. HO would be a great office, or guest room. Totally agree with chris – lovely unit. The outdoor space it amazing though, wish I had 900K.

  2. Stargazer: Agree 1 bath for a childless couple is fine. If you have guests often, a 2nd bath is nice but not necessary. If you have a kid or two, it is almost essential (at least for me).

Price seems reasonable to me if it is in fact 1,400 sqft without the terrace.

  3. Three entrances to the terrace is un-necessary.
The home occupancy space is a giant walk in closet, kind of a wasted space, unless it is used for a closet.

2 bathrooms I am sorry is not necessary, the space isn’t that big that is should be needed……just how many people does one have go to the bathroom at the same time????

The liv – kitch – din space should have of been bigger.

It needs a whole re configuration.
