The exterior of this two-bedroom pad at 55 Poplar Street in Brooklyn Heights may be historic (along with the views) but the interior feels decidely post-war. Not in a particularly bad way, but in a slightly bland way. Still, there’s nice light and the layout includes two real bedrooms and second lavatory. And obviously the location is nice as well. Is it worth the asking price of $835,000? Only time will tell.

    Why is this B-line apartment different than all other B-line apartments? All other b-line apartmnents sold recently in the low/mid $700s, why then is this in the low $800s…?

  3. Not a comp, but if I were still in the two bdrm market I would look hard at this 2/2 with a private terrace. Corner building, great light.
