Development Watch: Slow Going at 95 Bedford

The reboot of 95 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg was big news, and construction was humming alongin December. Three months later, some progress has been made, but the development isn’t exactly flying up. (A recent partial SWO probably didn’t do much to speed the construction along.) Perhaps the warmer weather will mean more action at the Karl Fischer-designed 262-unit development, which is supposed to be completed next year.
