I know this house, it’s beautiful and, as others have said, on one of the nicest blocks in the whole FG/CH area (or Brooklyn for that matter, and there are plenty of people who prefer it to PS or BH). Seems totally reasonable for a 2BR as it is also a far nicer reno than most rentals out there.

rob, but you have to live in “Prime Park Slope”. They don’t keep it real in PPS.
I bet this will go fast judging by the photos. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the city, especially now with all of the magnolia trees in bloom. The price is very realistic for the neighborhood these days.
priced correctly for what rents go for in that area. 1 bedrooms are right around the $2000 mark or maybe just a little less.
