Pardon Me for Asking obtained a copy of 360 Smith’s rental brochure, which sheds some light on what monthly going rates are going to be like at the 2nd Place development, one of Brooklyn’s most controversial boom-time builds. Some sample rents, according to the brochure: Two-bedroom/two-baths running between $3,800 and $4,200, and two penthouses priced at $5,750 and $6,050. The amenities listed include a fitness room and a playground. It doesn’t come as a big shock that the rents are high in a building originally conceived as a condo. Anyway, no word from the brochure on when it’s actually going to move-in ready.
