184 Joralemon Conversion Coming Soon

Crain’s has an article that includes an update on the planned conversion of 184 Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights. BCN Development, the firm that will turn the Brooklyn Law School dorm into condos, intends to close on its purchase of the building next month and spend $9.6 million on the conversion. According to a Journal article on the project from earlier this year, the condo will have 24 two-bedroom units with prices starting at $750,000.
