65 Hope Street Conversion Finally Happening

Shown above: Visual evidence that the long-in-the-works conversion of 65 Hope Street in Williamsburg is actually a go. The latest plans for the former factory were revealed at a community board meeting in February, when its owners said they were looking to build 117 rentals as part of a $40 million conversion that will also include retail space. The property has sold four times in the past five years, most recently for $17 million.
