In a couple of weeks the Fulton Area Business Alliance is going to hold workshops so community members can offer input on the public plaza that will be created at Fulton Street and Lafayette Avenue. Residents are invited to participate in helping to shape what the plaza at Fowler Square will look like and what sort of programming will offered there. Funding for the revamp of the space is coming from the NYC Plaza Program. The workshops will be held on Tuesday, June 28th and Wednesday, June 29th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the community room of the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church at 85 South Oxford Street, between Fulton and Lafayette.
