Scaffolding has gone up around Williamsburg’s Puccio Marble Building at 641 Driggs Avenue, which sold for $7 million a few months ago, and some DOB filings since then give a sense of what’s planned for the property: A total of 25 units in what’s supposed to eventually be a luxury rental with retail on the ground floor. However, while the DOB has approved permits for gutting the building, it didn’t approve the application for the actual conversion, so the plans aren’t yet set in stone.
