It’s been awhile since Williamsburg development 111 Kent Avenue has crossed our radar, but as of late the scaffolding is down and work still continues. It sold for a second time this March and plans were revealed to market it as a rental as early as spring, with occupancy in the coming fall. Look like things are a little behind schedule!

  1. I really like the design of this building. It is sculptural and interesting and original. Kudos to architect and developer. We need more good design like this in Brooklyn. Compare with the hot sheets hotel on Fourth Avenue that was featured yesterday.
