Development Watch: Two Trees' Burg Hotel Conversion

The hole in the building that Two Trees is converting into a hotel in Williamsburg keeps getting bigger. In May demolition of the wall facing Kent Avenue began, and now it’s pretty much gone. When all is said and done there will be a 10,000-square-foot addition to the 41,100-square-foot former textile factory at 80 Wythe Avenue. The 73-room hotel is slated to open by the middle of next year.
