The Greek Revival house has some beautiful details (love the crown moldings and wide floor boards) and a generosity of space compliments of the 25-foot width. The vibe on the upper floors is a little less old-school but nothing to complain about. The yard is nice too, though, as usual, we’re always worried when a listing omits photos of bathrooms and kitchens. This quality in this location doesn’t come cheap though: Asking price is $2,750,000.
