It feels like we’ve been seeing more and more houses with untraditional kitchen placement lately! Here’s another one. This brownstone at 300 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill has a lot of original charm but it does have the kitchen somewhat awkwardly located on the 2nd floor. On the upside, it means that the parlor floor is wide open for entertaining; on the downside, there’s only one floor for bedrooms in the owner’s triplex. Nevertheless, it’s a handsome house in a prime location (nice yard too!) so we’ll see how the asking price of $1,899,000 flies.
