ID390, a condo at 390 Lorimer Street, is having a grand opening tonight. The studio, one and two bedrooms are priced from $380,000 to $599,000. Amenities include a gym, yoga room, courtyard, private roof deck and parking. Crain’s reported last week that the site was stalled for almost two years before a developer bought it and another stalled property at 12-16 Monitor Street for $8.1 million, with plans to revitalize both projects. Anyone plan on stopping by to check it out?

Well at least they saved it. That thing was becoming a blighted eyesore,now it’ll be an occupied eyesore.
I walked by this a while back and the chartreuse balacony rails make yuo want to gouge your eyes out.
I don’t hate it. Prices seem almost reasonable, too. Still doesn’t make me want to live in bburg, though.

Dish drawers are a great thing, leaves space for storage/utensils. Best of both worlds in tiny kitchens.
