New Karl Fischer Build for Clinton Hill

A reader has tipped us off that construction at the empty Clinton Hill lot on Irving between Fulton and Putnam has begun. Not much is known about the New Jersey-based development company, but DOB permits indicate that the project will be a Karl Fischer design. The 75-foot-tall build will have seven stories and 30 units; it will back up to the affordable housing development slated for the empty lot fronting Putnam. A sign on the construction fence says work should be done by December of this year, but we’ll believe it when we see it. GMAP DOB
