For awhile now, the future of the development at the big lot on Court and Union streets has been a big question mark, but yesterday Patch reported that the stalled project, which had been dubbed “The Collection on Court,” has a new lease on life. Prudential Real Estate Investors, which had previously partnered on the build with the Clarett Group, is moving forward with plans for the development with two other firms, the Davis Companies and Alchemy Properties, according to a press release. The Clarett Group abruptly shuttered its New York office earlier this year, leaving Prudential without a partner on the development, which will consist of one large building with 32 condos as well as 11 townhouses.
