Applications Available for 45 Clermont's Affordable Rentals

Applications are now being accepted for 100 affordable rental units at 45 Clermont, one of the buildings that’s being constructed as part of the larger Navy Green development. You can download one from the building’s website. According to the site, the building will have a community room, laundry room and a “landscaped common green” that includes a playground. The deadline for applying is September 6, 2011; no word on when the building will be move-in ready. Click through to see the rents and income qualifications for the available apartments.
