Development Watch: 392 St. Marks Avenue

Good news for anybody living on the same block as longtime eyesore 392 St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights: The owners have renewed their building permits and restarted construction. There’s been nothing doing at the unfinished development site for at least a year, but a few construction workers were poking around it the other day. Can’t imagine the finished product will be stellar, but at least it’ll be safer than an abandoned project! GMAP
