Construction continues to move along on Grand Avenue between Myrtle and Park in Clinton Hill. The project at 97 Grand (left) has been under construction for years; it will someday be a 35-unit development. Pictured at right is 105 Grand, which has gotten balconies since we checked in on the devo last November. It will have 36 units, according to permits.
