About a month ago there was one condo and one rental unit left at the new development 825 Classon Avenue in Crown Heights. The broker said the rent for the one-bedroom unit with a rear terrace was $2,000/month, “or best offer.” Well, here’s a listing for said unit. It looks quite nice to us and a terrace is never a bad thing. Do you think a rental in a new building will command that price on Classon Avenue?
