The very cute clapboard house at 30 Middagh in Brooklyn Heights sold for $2,575,000. It was first listed for $2,990,000 and then went into contract pretty shortly after the price was dropped to $2,800,000. When it was a House of the Day this March we had this to say about it: “The interior of the house itself is certainly nice, but frankly doesn’t have as high a charm factor as we’d hoped given the facade. (Then again we’re on record as not being fans of shiny granite countertops and baseboard heating.)” The home last sold in 2005, for $2,095,000.
