31 Kosciuszko is Now The Lighthouse

Here’s a day we never thought would come: The glass tower at 31 Kosciuszko, between Bedford and Nostrand, has officially become a rental development. It’s now dubbed “The Lighthouse” and the studio and two bedrooms listed so far are priced between $1,500 and $2,750 a month. Construction started here in 2008, and the building has been sitting there completed since 2009. It was originally designed as a condo with only two units per floor. (Bet the developers wish they had fit in more small units now.) From the pictures posted, it looks like a decent set-up. Given the location, what kind of demand do you think there’ll be for the apartments?
