The condo on the corner of Carroll and 4th Avenue is on its way to being all spoken for, according to a recent article in The Real Deal that takes the pulse of various 4th Ave projects. Deborah Rieders, the broker handling sales for 560 Carroll, tells the mag that 27 units have closed and another 12 are in contract, leaving five still on the market. Reider also says prices have ranged between $700 and $900 a foot, and that the bulk of “one-bedroom buyers are coming from Manhattan…while two- and three-bedroom buyers are often Brooklyners looking for more space.” The building, which was a stalled eyesore for awhile, has sold quickly since sales launched earlier this year.
