As we covered a few months ago, L+M Development is moving forward with its 14-story, 160-unit rental building at 11 Broadway in Williamsburg, and the latest word on the project is that it’s supposed to be done by the end of next year. Meanwhile, a new rendering of the GreenbergFarrow-designed building is showing a more brick-centric look than its previous iteration. Late last year residents said they were worried about a toxic spill at the site; it’s unclear whether those concerns were addressed. Most of the rentals are going to be affordable, and the developer is aiming to have a grocery store on the ground floor.
