According to Eater, ramen noodle joint Chuko opens permanently on Vanderbilt Avenue today. The restaurant soft opened about a week ago to some good and not-so-good Yelp reviews. The menu, as describes by Grub Street, features “Japanese noodle soups and locally sourced comfort food in the $12 range; desserts designed by former San Francisco SPQR pasty chef Jane Tseng, with ice cream from nearby Ample Hills; and, to drink, beer and wine, plus homemade sodas.” So who’s been?
