It’s gorgeous but it’s not move-in luxury perfect.
very nice house. what a diff from yesterday!
It is set up as a 3-family, which is not ideal at this price.
The floorplan could use some adjusting, the kitchen on the parlor floor is tiny verging on unusable.
There is a center air-shaft that could be very useful for installing new central air. The house has great potential and it is nice and big but it does need some work. Will it get full ask? Who knows? I say a little less.
