While looking over next week’s LPC agenda, an application concerning 231 Front Street, in the Vinegar Hill Historic District, caught our attention. The listing reads, “An Early 20th century Commercial style factory building, designed by William B. Tubby, and built in 1908. Application is to alter the façade, rebuild entrance stairs, and install a canopy.” Anybody know how dramatic the facade alteration will be? The most recent permit filed for the commercial building a couple of months ago was to install toilets and ventilation. GMAP P*Shark
