On Tuesday we noticed that the first arch had been installed at 345 Adams Street where Panera Bread will eventually move in, and yesterday tipsters sent in photos of another arch going airborne and a massive cornice getting delivered. The exterior work, which is part of a total overhaul of the lower two floors of the Downtown Brooklyn building by Muss Development, was supposed to be completed by the end of the summer, but it looks like it may take a little longer. The arches going in on Adams Street are designed to mirror the original ones on the Willoughby Street side of the building. You can check out a rendering here.
