Big Sales Number for 77 Midwood

This may not make the Biggest Sales cut but it’s noteworthy nonetheless: 77 Midwood Street, which generated its share of gasps when it hit the market last spring asking $1,579,000, recently closed for $1,552,000. (It sold previously in 2007 for $1,300,000.) Impressive price for an impressive house. This ain’t your mother’s PLG!
