Building 92 on Track for Veteran's Day Opening

Last week at the Community Board 2 meeting there was word that Building 92, the new historical center at the Navy Yard, will open on November 11th, Veterans Day. That’s in keeping with the target opening date reported by the Brooklyn Eagle last year, when construction first started on the building. A couple months ago we wrote about the facade design, a solar screen that depicts the 1936 launch of USS Brooklyn from the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Can’t wait for the grand opening!
