A few weeks ago we noted that sections of the facade at 186 8th Street, between 3rd and 4th avenues, were starting to show, and now the netting covering the building has been taken down. It seems like there’s still a substantial amount of work left to be done on the 8-unit project. We’re not sure whether this is going to be a condo or a rental. GMAP DOB
