Everyone on our block is already buzzing about this: 377 Grand Avenue, which was bought by a Corcoran broker back in 2009 at the absolute dreariest time in the market for $1,144,330 and then very nicely renovated, is now on the market for $2,400,000. Seems like a stunning reversal of fortune for the four-story brownstone, but it seems about right if you think that the two recent sales on Cambridge were anything but flukes. After all, this house has another 400 square feet, higher ceilings and overall more grandeur than the ones on Cambridge. Obviously, as owners of a five-story brownstone right across the street, we’re watching this one with extreme interest! (Another funny note: Our car somehow made it into the photo of this house on Property Shark!)
