it was a week of decent picks, and shows how acceptable listings move.
i think 411 8th street needed a lot of work on the top floor, originally asked $1.9 but i think these buyers will look back and see they got a good deal. Will be very interested to see where Bedford went, only an 80 foot lot, but had many tasteful new reno style upgrades. 311 stuy got gobbled up pretty easily.
