When we checked in on 250 North 10th Street–a 234-unit new-build in Williamsburg–in March, the developer LCOR had just nailed down a $50 million construction loan and was getting ready to break ground. In April, a couple of amendments to the original building plans were approved and work appeared to have begun when we biked past recently. Amenities on this one’ll include a parking garage, roof terrace, courtyard and lounge.
