Reno Porn: 228 Washington Avenue Gets Its Cornice

After years of neglect, 228 Washington Avenue is getting a serious makeover. We’ve already written about it the Clinton Hill brownstone a couple of times (here and here and it was HOTD in 2008) and the owners are keeping their own account. And this isn’t your standard renovation. Working with Loading Dock 5 architects, the owners are rebuilding the original bay window and cornice and doing a full interior renovation.
