First Three of '9 Townhouses' Rising on State Street

In the month since we last checked in on them, the first three out of an eventual nine townhouses on State Street between Smith and Hoyt have continued their ascent; from the looks of it, they have another story to go before topping out. This second phase of nine new-construction houses comes seven years after developer Abby Hamlin floated the initially-slow-but-ultimately-very-successful 14 Townhouses. The houses in this batch are expected to be about 4,000 square feet and retail for $3.5 million apiece.
