The Cobble Hill house is technically in Carroll Gardens and in need of a great deal of work. I saw it several months back and must say that it really upsets me when realtors try to beef up what a house has when it has little or none of the things they describe. The house should be listed at 1.6 with all the work it needs. It’s also on noisy Union street.
