65 North 6th Street Adds to Williamsburg Rental Stock

Rental units officially hit the market at 65 North 6th Street this Saturday. Development firm Silverstone Property Group bought the stalled site for $4.3 million this April. They converted it into 28 one- and two-bedroom units, which now range from $2,723 to $4,246 a month. There’s also 4,100 square feet of retail space. Here’s what the brokers say about this one: “Floor-to-ceiling warehouse-style windows cast brilliant natural light throughout the interiors. Wide-plank white oak flooring and high ceilings continue the industrial theme, while recessed lighting adds a modern touch.
